How does live streaming a pre-recorded video work?

Can my video run live on YouTube 24/7?

What is the difference between the 2, 4 and 6 hour plans?
The difference is the live duration. Each plan streams for the number of hours you choose. Higher plans also include more platforms and better video quality.
Do I need to keep my laptop or phone on during the stream?
No. The stream runs from our servers, so it continues even if your device is switched off or offline.
How long does it take to start my stream?
Once payment and details are received, streams typically start within 10 to 30 minutes.
Which platforms are supported?
YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Kick and any platform that supports RTMP. Each platform’s own policies and requirements apply.
What is a stream key and where can I find it?
A stream key is a private code that tells the platform which channel to broadcast on. On YouTube, you can find it in YouTube Studio under Go Live. We will send you a simple guide.
Does my channel need live streaming enabled?
Yes. Live streaming must be enabled on your channel. On YouTube this requires channel verification, and activation can take up to 24 hours.
Which video format should I use?
MP4 is recommended, ideally in Full HD (1920×1080). Other common formats are usually accepted as well.
Is there a limit on video size or length?
Most videos work without issues. For very large files, we can download them from a Google Drive or direct link. Contact us for details.
Can I stream multiple videos as a playlist?
Yes. Tell us the order of your videos and we will play them one after another. Looping the full playlist is also available.
What happens if the stream stops unexpectedly?
We monitor streams and restart them if they stop. If a significant interruption is caused on our side, we compensate with additional streaming time.
Can I stream copyrighted content?
No. Please stream only content you own or have rights to use. Copyright claims or channel actions are the responsibility of the account owner.
Can I earn money from live streams?
Monetization depends on each platform’s policies. Original content that follows platform rules can increase watch time, but we cannot guarantee earnings.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, bank transfer and other common Indian payment options. Payment details are shared by email after you place your order.
Are GST or extra charges applicable?
The listed price is final. If you need a GST invoice, please mention it when placing your order.
Can I upgrade or change my plan?

If you cancel before your stream starts, a refund is available. After the stream has started, refunds are reviewed case by case.
Are my videos and channel details safe?
Yes. We use your stream key and video only to run your stream and never share them. You can reset your stream key after the service ends.
